Brian Sidorsky is a Calgary entrepreneur and the Chairman of LandBank Developments. His business career began at age 20 with a small furniture store, which he grew into Calgary’s largest furniture and appliance retailer before selling it to The Brick in 1981. He later turned his focus to real estate, building a long-term portfolio across land, commercial properties, residential communities, and development holdings through Lansdowne Equity Ventures, a company he established in 1965. Known for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, sales-forward approach shaped by his early Junior Achievement experience, Brian has spent decades creating value through patient land ownership and disciplined growth. Today, his legacy continues through LandBank Developments as the company carries forward a Calgary-built story into the next generation.

Faye Sidorsky Steinberg is the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of LandBank. Faye has worked with Lansdowne in the commercial, development and residential departments over the last thirty years. An accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, Faye brings years of executive experience from successfully founding, owning, and operating multiple companies across diverse industries. Her track record of building businesses from the ground up has earned her a reputation for strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Under Faye's leadership, LandBank is committed to creating value through thoughtful land acquisition and innovative planning. She believes that successful real estate investments are built on integrity, collaboration, and a long-term perspective that benefits clients, partners, and the communities the company serves.

Andrew Phonsavath joined LandBank in 2026 and provides strategic financial leadership across the company’s investment, development, and operating platforms. He oversees capital planning, financing, financial reporting, tax, and risk management. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and corporate finance, Andrew brings deep expertise in acquisitions, development, and long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining LandBank, he held senior finance leadership roles with a major TSX-listed Canadian multi-family REIT. He began his career with KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina. Andrew is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Kirk Steinberg is the Chief Operating Officer of LandBank Developments, where he leads the operations of the company’s commercial and residential portfolio with a heavy focus on growth and strategic direction. He holds a BCom from the University of British Columbia and began his career as a commercial leasing broker, establishing himself in the industry before moving into executive leadership at LandBank. His work blends analytical discipline with a hands‑on approach to building a modern, multi‑asset real estate organization.

Ty Eisner is the Director of Commercial at LandBank Developments, where he leads oversees the asset management and operations of the company’s commercial portfolio. His role focuses on driving portfolio performance through a combination of strategic planning, capital project execution, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Ty brings extensive experience across the real estate industry, having worked across multiple asset classes including residential, industrial, and commercial properties. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of real estate operations, financial analysis, and portfolio strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, majoring in Finance, providing him with a strong foundation for evaluating opportunities and optimizing asset performance.

Joel Steinberg brings decades of experience in a wide variety of roles to LankBank Developments as the Director of Operations. Joel’s varied background includes expertise in corporate group benefits programs, retail business management as well as extensive experience in residential development and leasing through his own real estate portfolio. Originally from Toronto, Joel has degrees in science and design from York University and Carleton University respectively. His focus is special project management and operations for LandBank Developments.
