Elliston Village

Elliston Village, in partnership with EMROCK Capital and Land, is LandBank's flagship residential community, a collection of purpose-built townhome rentals located in East Calgary, just minutes from Elliston Park and the city's eastern amenities. Developed and managed entirely by our team of professionals located onsite, every detail has been considered, from the quality of construction to the layout of each unit type.

Phases 1 through 3 are complete and actively leased. The community offers three distinct townhome configurations, from 2-bedroom suites to spacious 3-bedroom family units, all available for lease. Residents enjoy private entrances, in-suite laundry, dedicated parking, and a neighbourhood built from the ground up with community in mind.

Phase 4 will introduce a new mid-rise apartment building to the community, expanding the range of available suite types and adding to the vibrancy of Elliston Village. Details on Phase 4 will be announced as the project progresses.
